Finding “Obscene Humanity” back in ’09 was just the perfect partner in crime to “Deconstruct” by Hatred Surge. For a long time, I just couldn’t stop spinning both those records and I knew NAILS was that kind of band which somehow someway would end up having a go at God City Records with Relapse or Deathwish Inc. just drooling on them.
Well, they did record with Kurt Ballou and Southern Lord put out their first two full-lengths cause Greg never sleeps on duty. Now it’s time for Nuclear Blast to reap what NAILS have been sowing, scheduling a new album for 2016. The thing “You Will Never Be One Of US” will be recorded this Xmas with you-know-who. Todd Jones sums it all up:
“In fear of sounding redundant of how 97% of these pre-album release descriptions always come off, I won’t try to describe how our new album ‘You Will Never Be One Of Us’ sounds.
